Narcissus Hotel and Spa Riyadh

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an exceptional hotel in Riyadh, and I couldn't wait to share my delightful experience. From the moment I stepped foot into this remarkable establishment, I was swept away by its impeccable service, stunning design, and luxurious amenities. This hotel has truly set the bar high for hospitality in Riyadh. First and foremost, the staff at this hotel deserves the highest praise. From the warm welcome at the reception to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, their genuine friendliness and professionalism made me feel like a valued guest. Every request was handled with efficiency and a smile, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality that was truly uplifting. The hotel's design is an architectural masterpiece. The blend of modern elegance and traditional elements creates an inviting and sophisticated ambiance. The attention to detail in every aspect of the interior design is evident, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the stunning common areas. The hotel truly embodies the essence of Riyadh's culture while providing all the comforts of a luxurious retreat. Speaking of the rooms, they are a haven of comfort and tranquility. The moment I entered my room, I was immediately struck by its immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail. The bedding was incredibly plush, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the room amenities were thoughtfully chosen to cater to every need. Whether it was the sleek and modern bathroom or the stunning views of the city skyline, I felt pampered and well taken care of throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The culinary experiences offered at this establishment were a true delight for the senses. The range of international cuisines showcased the expertise and creativity of the talented chefs. From indulging in mouthwatering breakfast buffets to savoring exquisite dishes at the fine dining restaurant, each meal was a celebration of flavor and presentation.

It's a nice place, but prices are too high, and the open buffet is not well organized, you can miss many things. Food is good. Turkish coffee not to the standard.

Looks fabulous from the outside - but inside it's pretty horrid. Inattentive staff, only "buffet" breakfast (unless you go to bar where there is no staff), "welcome" Saudi coffee in paper disposable cup, dark decor, weird simulacrum of afternoon tea... Just for people who like to flash the Rolls-Royce and have more cash than taste

Never again, nothing 5 star about this. Boudl is much better! What an absolute waste of money. I am so disappointed. The interior is awful- looks like one of those weird dreams you have if you fall asleep in the afternoon. No one answers the call at reception when you call- nor do they call back?! I won’t be staying again, it is simply not worth it. Dark, dingy interiors just exacerbates feelings of depression, the whole place is soo gloomy. No decent light for make up anywhere. I am still in shock at the price I paid and the service I received. Please save your money and go elsewhere!

The spa was the good part, Fatima was lovely to deal with, their services are good and fast. As a hotel, it is claustrophobic with minimal sunlight coming to the room, the rooms are too busy and it is the least nice looking hotel I ever stayed in.
