I'm staying here for the last 2 weeks and I must say the breakfast is amazing with service provided by Masud, Shaheed, Jamal, Rubel. Keep it up. Abdullah, duty manager is always professional and supportive. Always there to assist you. Thank you.

I have been staying with IHG since 2017 and always have had great experience. Recently had experience of staying at Holiday Inn Al Qasr Riyadh where the locality service ambiance and especially the staff at the hotel area is super nice and professional. I would like to appreciate the great service in general and specially some gents from staff who has been always on toes to provide great experience such as Masud Rana, Saheed, Jamal good work champs.

Stayed there for three days. Bathroom was not cleaned daily and they have shower gel, hand sanitizer in a big bottles, means they use it for several occupants. Do I trust that? No..

I have stayed at this hotel for 25 days and everyone of the staff have been absolutely amazing. Every time I came back. My room was clean and the food was brilliant, saleem kept pestering me to write a review about him, although I had absolutely no dealings with him whatsoever, which is very unprofessional and is which is why I am editing this now. Anwar bell boy, was genuinely amazing. He helped me bring in my luggage every time as I had quite a bit with me. The gym is quite good and the staff are very helpful there, although the ceiling is a little bit low, but I wouldn’t let that stop you doing a full pull up.The gym is quite good and the staff are very helpful there, although the ceiling is a little bit low, but I wouldn’t let that stop you doing a full pull up. after staying here for 25 days I’ve got to know everybody very well and everybody goes out of their way to help you.
