First time had dinner buffet here. It was good. The location is quite good and the sitting area is also very spacious and huge. The man who recieved us was very helpful and polite. Buffet includes many things such as different types of salad, lentil soup. dishes such as bbq chicken, biriyani, fry fish, side dishes like samosa, spring rolls sweetdishes includes pastries ? fruits, um ali. Overall it was a good experience. The toilets are very neat and clean. The buffet price for one person is 165 SR plus tax. Only one thing which i didn't like was background music.

I have booked my room during the Eid holiday which is considered as peak days but they had treated me like the only one who is sitting there.. the breakfast was yummy but the restaurant furniture was so old, I couldn’t even take photos. I have removed two stars due to a huge problem has been noticed in my room (302) as the bathroom slope was keeping the water in the meddle and wasn’t removing it !! My advice is to avoid Room (302) until being fixed by the hotel. My sincere thankfulness for all hotel’s staff whom were so professional dealing with there clients, and surely that wan’t be happened without a great management like IHG. Respectfully, Abdulrahman

I went for the iftaar party...big convention banquet hall.... everything thing was good(food,service, cleaning). Thanks to the apparel group for iftaar party. Thanks to the holiday inn for providing us a nice experience.
