One of the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. Not at all worth even if they give you at cheap price. Zero service from the hotel. I stayed here for 3days, no room cleaning and water for all these days. And the hotel is at the bad location at the top of the hill. Not at all recommend for old people and family with kids. Lift doesn’t work properly. Receptionist staff was very rude and hotel employees are very irresponsible.

be careful before booking, as you need to be really desperated to book in this hotel. YOU CAN'T SLEEP AT NIGHT and Day, due AC machine outside alway working. have complained with Manager Mr. Mohamed and he wasn't responsive at all "they aren't intersted to solve the issue". Hotel not for Elder as it's on mountain/hills and many stairs are there. Phone Room not connected. WIFI very slow in rooms.

Absolutely HORRIBLE hotel, Do not recommend this hotel at all whatsoever. The room service is fine, The staff are cooperative, When I visited the hotel for the first time , I could smell the reek of piss all around the hotel "VIP suite" , this hotel is listed as 4 stars online , But when you come in person, it's written on the certificate from ministry that it's barely 2 stars. The price of 1800 SAR for a "4 star" seems reasonable, But this is actually a 2 star, and you can see it from the certificates, 1800 for 2 small rooms and a washroom, that they barely cleaned. The rooms smell awful, Bedsheets smell like cat piss , Bathroom had roaches everywhere. A whopping 3 roaches was spotted when I went to the washroom. The shuttle barely drops you down the hill , and most of the time you have to walk down fully manually. Please write your own review if you have visited or are about to visit , So that this hotel can go down to 1 star.
