Never recommend for elderly people it’s on the hill. They got golf car always 3 parked front of the hotel but always 1 working. In 5 days they cleaned only once. Not nice welcoming. Carpet was dirty Furniture was stained.

Nice hotel, 5 mins walk from haram however services and rooms are not up to 3 star mark. The only advantage is it is very close to haram and price is affordable. They also run a small golf buggy continuously to facilitate residents for going up and down hill as the main entrance is up hill.

Advantages: The reception desk is quite good and can speak English. The meal in the hotel is reasonably good and only costs 35 SR per meal. Drawbacks: The room's facility is basic. The covers of the chairs are old and cannot be cleaned. The shower space is small and the water (not the drinking one) has some strange smell. The room service is really below the standard. I called their room service for more than 5 times to bring some bottles of water to my room, but either there is no one answering or they said yes but it did not happen. Sheet changing frequency is irregular. Sometimes, yes and sometimes, no. 2 star and at most 3 star. But considering its low price, what is more can you expect. I believed that addressing the drawbacks that I mentioned, it will not cost a fortune. Then, this hotel can be reasonable quality 3 star hotel with low price, which is an alternative.

don’t ever ever book this hotel , they wont let you in until after 4pm . receptionist so bad , no courtesy and hospitality. i did not continue my check in , they dont know how to entertain the guest. i did find some hotel nearby . i wont book this hotel again . i hope the owner and management see this review . i hope they will see themselves that receptionist are not good. after i paid and confirmed my booking in agoda , they will just said it is not in the system? how come? they said they will check first in the other department. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾😡

The hotel is basically a sham and scam. It is dirty and lacks maintenance. The bathroom leaks continuously, carpets are dirty, furniture is full of stains that shows they have not been cleaned for years. On top of that, the staff led by Yehea are the worst and unprofessional I have ever seen since customer service is not in their vocabulary. I had to check out after 3 nights and go to another hotel although I prepaid a 9 night stay. The hotel has refused to refund me the remaining 6 nights claiming it was my choice to leave. Bad bad bad experience and probably one of the worst experiences I have encountered in my life so simply “DO NOT RESERVE”
