Artal Al-Monawwarah Hotel

One of the worst experience i have ever had here we got room for 2 days staff are very non professional and stupid we live 2 days no one came for room cleaning wasroom shower broken fridge not working telephone not working i ask to manager about these issue he told yes all thing are same in other rooms also sab kharab hai yaha . Not a single fecility and very rude staff pay 500sr for this pethatic room and service very disappointed

Veery dirty rooms even they didn't change the beedsheets, quilts and pillows covers. No one is available for the room services and cleaning. I have concerned the Counters staff they are very rude and misbehaving with the customers. I suggest to everyone never ever make mistake to book this hotel.

Good only for location near to ladies gate Reception...very bad attitude of day time guys especially the 2 persons in specs in day shift(they need training for good behavior, humbleness & manners) Parking...Forget about it you will never get it receptionist will say full even if available and same checked by security No room service No Kettle in room...inform reception many times but no action No tissue in room....inform reception many times during my stay for 3 days but of no use Toilets not clean.....no floor drain & cover Lastly if u plan to extend stay better to make online booking/change hotel bcoz at reception they will overcharge u then online...I extended my stay one day by online booking but the young guy in specs gave me a dirty room after i refuse to accept his charging rate . The room was not clean and was closed for don't know how many days/weeks and full of mosquitos , no ventilation, exhaust fan not working, no floor drain and dustbin.

No cleaning service. No front desk service.Hotel staff was not helpful. There was maintenance work going in and no alternate for water was provided and we were without water for so many hours. Water was not clean. Room fridge was not working, electric plug was not working,no cleaning for washroom even and no dust bin service. Only good thing was its location at ladies sides in cheaper rates and only 1 staff was helpful at his duty whenever he came. Needs so much for improvement
