I wish there would be minus star option too. Poor hotel, pathetic front desk service, worst ever room cleaning service. I stayed for 6 nights and They didnot clean my room even a single day. Not even cleaned dustbin, dirty bed sheets and blanket covers, busy ever lifts i have ever seen with some elevators out of service. Only advantage is near to ladies gate and wifi works efficiently, rest all pathetic hotel services.

It's just a 3 star hotel in written and when in comes to provide service their staff will not listen to you at all. Complaining for room cleaning from 1 day and every time when I complain they mentioned we are sending person in sometime but no one came. Please avoid to take their rooms

The location is good. The rooms are okay. Our room was cleaned properly before we checked in. Room size is good. There are 6 elevators which during peak time prove to be inadequate. Basement parking is available.

One star only cause there was no management of elevators even in these covid times. All elevators were packed all the time and had to wait 30 to 45 minutes to get in. Hopefully they will read this and try to work on fixing this issue. Otherwise they price is reasonable and it's walkable distance from womens praying area.

Location is very good, parking in the basement is a big relief after long derive (if available). Hotel reception was average. Cleanliness was average. Room was noisy due to outside traffic as windows pane couldn't be closed completely. Cheapest hotel inside first ring road. If you don't want luxury this hotel is best.
