Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Great place to stay if you want to be near to the Prophet’s Mosque but other than that there is nothing special. Has the potential to be better but I think the owner is just milking the place to pad his pockets. Reserved a double room for myself and was given a room with 4 twin beds crammed into it. There was barely room to walk in there. No amenities except for a fridge and kettle, not even a bedside lamp. No coffee, tea or cups provided either. Was supposed to be a non-smoking floor but the air was thick with cigarette smoke in the hallways. Overall if you just need a place to sleep it will be fine but it’s more of a flophouse than a hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel that left me thoroughly disappointed. While the hotel's location was satisfactory, the overall experience was far from pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel was lacking, with dirty windows. My check-in experience was a nightmare. Despite the advertised check-in time of 3 pm, the reception staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle the large number of guests. I stood in a never-ending queue for hours, only to be told that no rooms were available. What aggravated the situation further was the lack of clarification or justification provided by the staff. Many frustrated guests resorted to seeking refunds through their booking agents. The lobby was filled with disgruntled people, all waiting for rooms that were nowhere in sight. It was evident that the management of the hotel was severely lacking. The staff seemed ill-equipped to handle the influx of guests and failed to provide satisfactory customer service. After a lot of hassle and frustration, I finally reached the manager. It was around 5 pm, and I was finally allocated a room. However, the ordeal left a bitter taste in my mouth. The hotel's front desk's poor mishandling of customers was evident during my check-in, and it significantly impacted my overall experience. It seems that the manager had been on duty for the whole night, and he was away for some sleep; however, even though it was his rest time, he still came to resolve the issues, and he probably managed it. (if that's true, then thanks to him). I also would like to thank Mr Islam for his supportive words and assistance when he told me about the manager's situation. I will end my review by saying that good luck to you all, but there are certainly better options available that offer a more pleasant and hassle-free stay.

I booked a room here in December 2023 and it costed me around 250 SAR for one night which is reasonable as compared to other similar hotels in this vicinity. If its your first visit to Madinah, you'll feel that rooms are smaller and service is not very great but thats how it is across the board. All hotels of similar category have smaller rooms and not a great room service so if you can afford, don't go for these and book yourself a 5 star one (Movenpick, Hilton etc). Something specifically about this hotel: room service is not very great, they need to train their staff. Elevators are very annoying and mostly full. In terms of distance, it is not very far away and the a good location to stay if you can walk for 5-7 minutes.

The hotel could do with a refurbishment throughout. Everything is dated and not as it appears in the pictures. Curtains coming off, beds very small, bath chipped, toilet seat hanging on just and the shaving mirror I could not move away from the wall too stiff. The domestic staff were excellent, reception staff looked as though they did not want to be there. They were never rude to me but they treated some people with disdain, it was not nice to see. The very very positive aspect is it's location close to the masjid.
