Hotel is very big. But only 10 lifts. People fight for lifts on namaz time. Think before giving. Location good Rood good

Good rooms, very good location which leads straight to the gate # 79 from which one can go to the Mataf area. Clean and neat hotel and lobby and cooperative staff. Excellent and well maintained lifts which are total 10 in number. Pakistani hotels and restaurants all around the hotel so food is not an issue for Pakistani zaireen. Shops and markets are also very near to the hotel

Rooms good, service not provided, no iron no eating in the room hotel policy. Security guard will stop the food if you take with you to eat in the rooms. Only in the lobby you can eat. Location was good only 450 meters the Harm Sharif . Down side busy ,

Rooms have spiders bugs bedbugs and service is a total zero. They don’t give room cards. And they shout at customers. Lifts shutdown once in a while. Showers are sometimes really cold or very hot.

I'm in Makkah right now and really disappointed with their poor service. Local agent MR ABID (agent of travel agency from mianwali d I Khan WAQAR E MADINA )is very rude and lacks basics of customer service. Hotel Badar Al Masa have no cleaning process, lifts poorly managed, staff unprofessional. I have already taken up the issue with Saudi and Pakistani authorities. Mr. Abid &WAQAR E MADINA TRAVEL AGENCY is defaming Pakistan and letting all the pilgrims down more over I ll take this matter to the court of law to stop them to treat any future pilgrims in bad way .
