Doesn’t comply 3 star rating. Location is good. A big clean lobby. But Beds have bugs. Dead landline. Room services zero. Staff is unprofessional and non-cooperative.

3rd class economy Hotel. Not even the WiFi available inside the room, if u have to connect WiFi you have to go hotel lobby. Power sockets getting tripped 5 6 times a day. No cleaning at all, found hairs and bugs in the room. Worst ever hotel I've seen in my life... Not at all recommended.

I lost my zamzam on reception there... My flight was in morning 7.25am and staff said come at 9.00am to check camera....???. But staff didn't corporate with us ..... Rooms and hotel is tidy ...

If there is an option to give in minus i would have given it. No room service No clening You have to wait atleast 2-3 hours each to time to get to 6 floor on lift because of management. I have key card problem to get in the room so i went to reception the guy who is an arabi was too rude and aggressive like i am staying for free or somethings. They dont know english and those two has bee hired on reception ro deal with different nationalities. If they are worker they shud have been sacked straight away i do have the picture and video of those two people and long ques
