Al Massa Bader Hotel

**AVOID AVOID AVOID** ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE!! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! Over 20 mins away from the nearest gate in masjid al haram. The rooms were very filthy and dirty, the beds were dirty unclean, no WiFi signals, no daily cleaning, no towels, the toilets were in a very bad broken state.The staff at reception are very rude, the arabs need to learn English but they are too arrogant. Do not mess your umrah trip and find a better hotel.

Very bad experience. Ruined our trip. My parents were with me and we struggled alot due the condition of room, toilet , no room cleaning even if you stay there for a week. You have to beg them to change sheets. Toilet and bath is like from the 70s and never cleaned. Stove did not work, there was a room fridge which was broken. No bath mat outside toilet which cause the floor in room to get wet. Not ideal if you're travelling with kids and elders. Please save yourself from this scam. Lift waiting is sometimes around 25 to 30 minutes. It's a joke. Please ? read the reviews carefully before booking with them. Don't Ruin your trip. I know people don't go there to sleep but when you're tired of all day on your feet doing tawaf etc and when you come back to your room all you want is sleep for a bit or have a shower, but you'll be wasting your time even to get to your room first and then room is like a joke. It only looks fine in photos. Shame on the staff and owner. All 5 stars are fake.

Worst place I ever lived. Room full of filth. Staff doesn't know how to speak. I complained about elevator and reception staff told me to use elevator for 18th floor. Very far away from Haram. In one world don't spoil your Umrah don't visit this hotel

This is a Three star hotel and much better than the hotels near Haram if you need a clean room. Overall a good experience. This is on the main Ibrahim Khalil road near the 2nd bridge. You can go to haram with a walk in 15 minutes.
