Al Massa Bader Hotel

They don't provide basic necessities (i.e drinking water, towel, washroom bucket, laundry) otherwise rooms were good we stayed for 2 days but there was no cleaning services at all

It's ok 2 star hotel , close to mosque nearly 1100 meter while booking they show 260 m which turn a lie Bathroom are wet , bath tub is very in comfortable and for old age person very difficult to use No towel provided No daily cleaning or changing bedding Not good service and too much customer so a long wait to catch a lift for your room

3 star hotel my foot the dam hotel doesn’t even have a hotel luggage cart I was there for a week with family I have to carry all the luggage by hand cuz the dam hotel doesn’t have a freaking cart , room service forget it management so freaking rude no towels in the bathroom doors are broken .

Very bad experience, not giving the room key card , bad service, bad management, if someone book the room , they should provide them Room key, instead of giving key , they said we will open the door and give you key later, dont come here ever , i swear next i will never stay there even free…. 1 staar hotel

Hotel is situated on walking distance from Haram shareef . Hotel itself was having un hygenic rooms with filthy washrooms filthy bed sheets no room service and Arrogant Arabic staff on counter. Further more the agents gets passports from visiter without any reason it happend with me personaly i was much tensed even not able to perform my religouse activities after a long struggle launching complain to hajj ministry counter got my pasport back . As agents were demanding 100 riyals giving reason that i travelled in wrong buss from jaddah airport to hotel. Its for genral information transport from jaddah airport is provided by saudi govt not Agents this unfair game of Agents keeping visiter in tension and compeling them to give them bribes of 100 Riyals just for no reason. Pasport is visiters personal property so plz never handover it any agent as i did and then faced alot of problems. Concern quarters are requested to take action against such persons.
