Al Massa Bader Hotel

If I could review lower than 1 star I would. The worst hotel I’ve ever been in my life, cons include: - Takes 30 minutes to even get into your room due to the overcrowded elevators. Over weights the limit but no one cares - The worst staff who don’t even take account of your requests, no tissues don’t clean bed sheets don’t ever even come to the room - Bathroom does not work have to shower in an ocean of water, while taking into the account the bathtub being dirty already - No iron and only one charging input in the whole room for charging phones - Congested room for 5 people, no room to even walk or operate, - Only one towel was given which was already dirty - Bathroom door does not close - TV barely works, comes up in bad static quality - Loads of people smoking outside hotel rooms as well as in the lobby creating bad smells - Only provide one key card, impossible to function for 5 guests - Beds and pillows are really uncomfortable - Cannot open window without loads of flies coming in - Cafe downstairs cannot even serve properly made tea - Is very hard to get down on time to your prayers due to the overcrowded elevators Pros include: - AC works - View was actually nice in comparison to everything else If anyone is considering coming here, I would never recommend it to anyone, if you are trying to have a good time and get a lot of time in the haram, I suggest you spend abit more money and book in the clock tower as it’s very nearby and looks more adequate

The location of the hotel is quite good. It is just 800 m away from Masjid Al-Haram. The rooms are satisfactory. Washrooms are average. The cleanliness of rooms is average too.

This is thi 3rd class over crowded economy hotel. No cleaning worst hotel ever seen in my life. Bug in the room & bed. Bed sheets and pillows are worst in condition. Dirty washroom with Stinky smell. Broken electric board and cupboards. Elevators are always full because of over crowd in the hotel. I will never recommend and stay ever in this hotel.

Approx 15 mins walk to the Haram. Hotel was rubbish, 2/3 sharing rooms had 5/6 beds. Staff was rude. Didn't clean rooms or change bed sheets. Everyone smoking in lobby when it's a no smoking zone. Would not recommend. Beggar's would turn up knocking on your door... unbelievable!

Good experience They have Good staff on reception. The rooms and toilets are very clean.cup board side table bed blanket bed sheet every thing was clean. Body cleaning towel ,hand towel ,and soup are available.there is no rush in the lifts.only 10 to 12 mint distance from Mecca.
