Description

The Dar Al Madinah museum is located in the Knowledge Economic City. It is a purpose built museum that showcases the history of The Blessed City of Madinah. It has many exhibits that show how the city expanded from the time of our Beloved Prophet Muhammed (Peace and Blessings of God Be Upon Him) to the current time. It also contains rare manuscripts and a variety of model respresentations. It is definetly worth a visit if you are looking to be inspired about the amazing history of the city of Madinah. Tours are avaailable in English, Urdu and Arabic. The entrance fee is 25 SAR.

This museum is well built and well maintained. We mer Muhammad madani and hi knowledge and enthusiasm was out of this world. He explained everything so beautifully and with patience. This museum is a place to see Saudi culture they don't have anything from hazrat Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ era.

Masha Allah very nice museum, they have made models of the historical events during the time Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. Also there are guides who explains the events in different languages viz., Arabic, English, Urdu. Jazakallah khairan to our guide Mr Mohammad Madani. The models of evolution of Kaaba during different eras and Masjid e Nabawi in different eras is done aesthetically. A very nice place to visit to know the history of Madinah Munawwara and important events of Prophet’s life. Note: They clearly admit that they don’t have any original exhibit of the time of Prophet, they have either models or some cultural artifacts. Entry fee SR 25 for adults and SR 15 for kids.

This is a good place, i think if you go their you get a good knowledge about Hazrat Mohammad (sw) life. How he done the hizrat and then conquer Makka. If you have time then take a taxi and go Their. The entey fee is 25 SAR. I think it’s not so much for the Museum. I get Bangladeshi guide, Md. Mansur (from Sirajganj) he is a good man. Tell us Details abiut every metter. Sometimes i can't control my tears after hearing those History... Please visit the Museum....

Been entertained after solah. Translators are chosen by english/arabic/urdu. All sirah has been well pictured by the built prototype which is assisting a lot.
