The rooms were very very nice and spacious, especially for the price it was much better than staying in a traditional hotel. You’ll find mostly Arabs here from around this jazeerah, not many tourists which is fine with me. The hotel was nice as was front desk. The service needs improvement however. Anytime I would order something it would take a minimum of 30 minutes to reach my room. It is kind of far from the haram as well. Right next to jabal ohud. Lots of nice restaurants and places to eat in the area. The cafe downstairs is nice as well, but very expensive. Overall enjoyed my stay.

I come stayed at this place for couple nights with my family before we go to Mecca for Umrah and stayed in after come back from Mecca for couple nights too. They are awesome. Their customer service is really really above and beyond. Very respectful, nice and very helpful

Good place to stay. There is no transportation. You should have a car or you have to take a taxi. 15 min away from haram by taxi.

Amazing, the only word to decsribe. Our new go to place in Madinah. Room was huge with plenty of space. Had a living room with dining table and large TV. Bathroom was neat and very well kept. Highly recommended.
