Zamzam Restaurant has great service and an international buffet. They offer a wide variety of starters, mains, and desserts. The staff is very helpful and polite. The buffet includes many amazing items like rice, salad, chicken, desserts, juices, pasta, and more. The seating area is very spacious and comfortable, and the decor is very nice and elegant. The restaurant has a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Zamzam is located inside the Dar Al Eiman Royal Hotel in Safwah Towers, next to Abraj Al-Bait, Ajyad, Makkah.

At 0 meter from Haram, entrance is from Ajiyad road side. Nice and clean rooms. Awesome food in buffet.

Located in a place with 2 floors for shopping mall and variety of food, Arabian, Pakistani, Indian, Continental. Room spacious, mattress firm good for back problem. Bathroom door was quaking and floor needs polishing.

Although the location is good. Easy to find taxi after getting down hotel. Very poor service, communication gap between the reception and housekeeping. Duct view room provided even after request made to give Kaba view room. Staff lack basic customer care attitude and courtesy. Promises are not kept.
