The View Terrace is one of the best lounges in Makkah. The View Terrace offers views of the beautiful and majestic Al Masjid Al Haram. They offer a variety of starters, main courses, and desserts. They provide authentic Italian food, burgers, chicken strips, club sandwiches, etc. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. It is a great place to relax with family and friends after Umrah. The View Terrace is located on the M4 floor of the Fairmont Clock Royal Tower, Makkah.

Pros: I was there for 6 days with my family and it was a wonderful stay. Rooms are specious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom looked hygienic and service was good. Lobby looks luxurious with some good sofas and chairs. Cons: The room dining was a little disappointing as there were no varieties to order. Also it will be great if they add some refreshments in the Fridge.

Sublime, genuinely - but that’s because of views of you know what! The staff are welcoming and the breakfast buffet seems to forget its supposed to be just breakfast and has every type of food imaginable for any time of day. Rooms are genuinely luxurious, which isn’t what you’re going for of course, but it helps a great deal. To be able to look out on the Kaaba (never use the word ‘down’) is illuminating and heartening - better than any TV channel! I have a preferred group for my stays world wide, but there are two Fairmonts that are up there with the best hotels available and this is one of them.

Hospitality and customer service is world class. Staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms are well maintained by the housekeeping team and toiletries and towels replaced daily. Bathrooms and rooms rooms are cleaned daily. The restaurant has fa variety of food and dessert which is cooked and presented perfectly. I wood recommended this hotel to anyone across the globe and they would not be disappointed.

We had a lovely stay at the Fairmont Hotel, Makkah Clock Towers. A very special mention to Riyas Hussein (M3 restaurant - catering management team during breakfast times) who was extremely caring and hospitable during our time here. He especially went out of his way to help me with a special request which was fulfilled to exceptional standards. He is extremely caring and communicates very effectively. We wish him and all the staff at the hotel all the best especially during the busy season. Thank you.
