I would have given more stars if I could. 15-20 yards from Haram gates. Very helpful staff. Room service and cleanliness is great. Breakfast buffet was very good. Highly recommended 💚. An upgrade to Haram view room was a very lovely surprise. Check in and check out is nice and smooth.

This hotel is 5 star but the standards do not seem so. The moment we stepped in did not feel like a warm welcome except for the staff who took our bag to the room. There were 3 women at the front desk who didn’t seem friendly or welcoming at all infact the one who checked us in seemed to be lost.
The rooms are clean and well furnished but the standard room is too tight for 2 people.
The breakfast restaurant is again too tight. It was highly crowded and the some tables and chairs were too close to each other to even walk pass by. The buffet was big but not very flavorful. They need work on their coffee which was pathetic.
Being a 5 star hotel it needs to improve in terms of service, food and size of rooms. Their plus point is the amazing location, right in front of gate 25 for ladies.

The dessert is bitter and delicious
The coffee is regular, originally from Starbucks, and I am not a fan of Starbucks
Their coffee is always burnt and dark
The service is fast and kind
The place is very clean
I haven't tried the salty one

The service is very bad, although the sessions are few. I rate the food 1 out of 10. The pastries are hot. The salads are not fresh. The rating is not one star. The cleanliness is bad.
