We stayed for two nights and our stay did not disappoint! The rooms were super clean and fancy. The hotel restaurant offers breakfast and supper buffets where all the food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The staff is kind and friendly. Also, there's a supermarket near the hotel if you ever need to run quick errands. Additionally, there's a bus service that brings you to haram. Highly reccomend!

This place is reasonably affordable but that that's the only consistent positive thing about our experience. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness is hugely variable. Room service is mostly incomplete and always lacking. The breakfast buffet is reasonably priced with fair amount of food variations. One of the huge turn offs of this place is the bus shuttle service. It's almost always frustrating. Some of the drivers are blatantly just rude non compliant with timings; they just leave when the bus gets full whether on time or before time. Time intervals between different buses have been always hit or miss and inconsistent for the most part despite the fact that they have a set up "scheduled timings". No amount of words or instances would describe how unprofessional some of these drivers are. They are chatting during their work hours and usually limitedly cooperative when asked basic requests like to wait for the passengers in front of the hotel when we had someone on a wheelchair. We ended up taking taxis on many occasions because of that EXTREMELY disappointing experience as it was not reliable at all. To be fair, some drivers are polite and compliant mostly those who ride the bigger sized buses but you would certainly want to avoid those who drive the medium-sized bus drivers. Not recommended and I would avoid at all costs. Will keep on updating my review throughout my stay.

Take away is - Stay away if you want good service. The hotel is in an okay location and the rates are competitive. However, the service is a major downer. When we arrived, there was no one at the door or lobby. No one knows anything if asked and are as clueless as one can be. Hotel staff is hardly knowledgeable about hotel itself and would point you in another direction. It is a large hotel with lots of room but looks deserted and abandoned. Cleanliness is below average and bathrooms are dark, tacky and dirty. Rooms are without view, dimly lit and quite small. There is a thick layer of dust on walls. Carpets are stained. Plus side, AC is good. We knew that it is far from Haram so we did not worry much about the shuttle. Used it once and found it on time but the driver did not know the way and did not provide any information to get back to the hotel/pick up. Water is one bottle per person, per day, only when asked. If you want more, you have to purchase from the restaurant. They will not clean the room unless specifically asked and will not replenish toiletries or other amenities/necessities. Breakfast is good for the price and food is fresh. Overall, it is a run down hotel with an general feeling of uncleanliness and griminess. We would neither stay here again nor would recommend it to anyone. Much better hotels for much less price and service around. The feedback we saw made us make our decision but we seriously question their authenticity given our experience. Never again, inShaAllah!

The rooms were comfortable but the bathroom is very small. The place is neat and clean. I would advise that the hotel actually invest in their own Hotel Branded Shuttle Service because the hotel is very fat from the masjidul haram and we were stopped by police from entering the tunnels to gain access to Ibrahim Khalil Road. We then had to pay taxis to take us further. What I really like the most, though, was the hotel lounge area and cafe, as well as the buffet Breakfast served by the hotel which was amazing.

The hotel was beautifully decorated. All the staff were very helpful and kind from a secured guard to reception everyone there was ready to help all the guests. The shuttle bus just takes 10 min to reach Al - Haram which is very convenient. The price was very reasonable and affordable unlike many other hotels near Al-Haram. The service was beyond my expectations. Special thanks to the duty manager and the general manger who were all ways there to assist my needs.
