1. Please fix your wifi. It Works 10% of the time. 2. Reception Please inform guests about the change in shuttle service during Ramadan instead of letting them wander around for 4 hours trying to find the bus. For future guests You have to catch the hotel bus and then the government bus to go to the haram. You’re looking at a 1.5 hour journey in total door to door. It’s so far from haram to be able to go back and forth as much as you like. 3. A random man tried to enter my room and the duty manager did NOTHING about it, not even check the cameras so I felt unsafe for the duration of my stay. 4. The AC is DUSTY you will literally inhale SAND as soon as you turn it on. Made us all ill. They need to clean them. Called reception who said they would send an engineer. Still waiting for that engineer 2 days later. 5. No one helped us with our luggage on arrival. Lots of security guards outside doing absolutely nothing and when I asked for help they didn’t understand English to help find a bell boy. We ended up carrying our suitcases in our selves. 6. Housekeeping are excellent and food is excellent. Chefs outdid themselves for the iftar buffet. They get a 5 star from me. 7. Also has anyone else noticed the obvious fake 5 star reviews? :/

Positives: Location, right next to an amazing masjid, such a blessing on your doorstep you’d be silly not to go their. Also, the transport shuttle to and from the Haram is superb and efficient. Also, the area is very chilled and relaxed, park friendly with ramps leading everywhere. Staff are excellent for the basics and room service is also very good quality and value for money. General upkeep of the hotel si good. Negatives: I went for Friday prayers and a strange man attempted to get into my room where my wife and child were sleeping after a long day of travelling and performing Umrah. I’d left a do not disturb sign on the door and that seemed like an invitation for this stranger to knock on the door. He knocked on the door, my wife answered after quite some time and he’d walked a few steps away from the door. Once she did answer he asked if she needed anything. She said she wanted some clean towels and he pretended as though he was going to sort them out and ran away. Who knows what would have happened had my wife opened the door sooner. We informed the hotel staff and duty manager (08/03/2024) about this expecting them to at least check the cameras and see what it could have been. They simply dismissed the whole thing and said it was a lost hotel resident. How absurd. Either they simply didn’t understand or they’re just palming off with a little too much nonchalance for something that is in fact extremely dangerous. I understand it’s difficult to manage every single person that walks in through a hotel door and with the added false sense of security of the lift that requires a hotel room key. The security measures and response from the hotel is laughable and it’s only a matter of time before something ugly happens in this beautiful place. Also, if you’ve read this far, this hotel as many others buys fake reviews by the truckload.

A 5-star hotel with the service of a 1-star. The only good thing about this hotel is the price. Upon check-in we were given a key card for the wrong room and walked in on strangers sleeping. Over a 5 day stay, our room was only cleaned once. The staff don't log anything into the system and don't remember to do anything you tell them to. Upon speaking to the manager, he will try to convince you that you're at fault. Please do a better job training your team. If you're looking to stay at Al Naseem, save yourself a headache and book with Park Inn or Millennium.

Room is good, very far from Haram, bus service is not guaranteed, sometimes during rush hours they cancel it, and they said it's because the police is closing the roads, not recommended in Ramadan

Nice place, very nice rooms. Excellent service Reasonable rates. It’s, bit far from Holy Kaaba, but hotel have free shuttle service every hour that makes it so easy… Will stay again for sure…. Only downside, rooms are far away from front desk and main entrance / exit, if you are frequently going in and out of hotel then that can be bit frustrating. Overall very good place
