I paid for two separate rooms with 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed. When I arrived I got 1 room as I order and the other room with 1 queen size bed and 1 sofa bed when I paid for 3 single bed and 1 sofa bed. The reception was so rude and dumb explained me that it's not their foul and it's Booking company's foul. We called after the booking to the hotel to confirm our booking and she confirmed the 3 single bed + 1 sofa bed.. better if you stay in other hotel that gives you what you paid for is my recommendation ? p.s you only get 2 bottles of small water for each day before they charge you.. shuttle bus is only until 12:30.. parking is hard to find when they only have 60 spots in the garage, if it's full you need to park somewhere else... if you want your room to be cleaned you actually have to call them to tell them clean when all other hotels have a sign outside the door saying "clean or do not disturb "

The hotel location is a bit tricky and not easy to find. I arrived around 21:00 and had a smooth check in experience, but the front desk staff didn’t seem to be happy and didn’t find him friendly. The hotel is big and can be like a maze, struggled to find the elevator tbh. The room is comfy and amenities are great. Interiors and lighting were relaxing. Breakfast buffet is at SAR35, with variety of options and fresh food which is highly worth it. I’d recommend this for a quick 1-2 nights stay and is perfect for business stays.

The rooms are neat and clean and good enough for 2 people, also the structure and around the hotel is a good location for tourists but the service is slow for anything. also located far from haram but they have numerous bus to and fro the mosque which is really good. Also their room key card stops working very often and all the way from the room till the reception is a long walk to get it exchanged

We stayed for two nights and our stay did not disappoint! The rooms were super clean and fancy. The hotel restaurant offers breakfast and supper buffets where all the food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The staff is kind and friendly. Also, there's a supermarket near the hotel if you ever need to run quick errands. Additionally, there's a bus service that brings you to haram. Highly reccomend!

This place is reasonably affordable but that that's the only consistent positive thing about our experience. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness is hugely variable. Room service is mostly incomplete and always lacking. The breakfast buffet is reasonably priced with fair amount of food variations. One of the huge turn offs of this place is the bus shuttle service. It's almost always frustrating. Some of the drivers are blatantly just rude non compliant with timings; they just leave when the bus gets full whether on time or before time. Time intervals between different buses have been always hit or miss and inconsistent for the most part despite the fact that they have a set up "scheduled timings". No amount of words or instances would describe how unprofessional some of these drivers are. They are chatting during their work hours and usually limitedly cooperative when asked basic requests like to wait for the passengers in front of the hotel when we had someone on a wheelchair. We ended up taking taxis on many occasions because of that EXTREMELY disappointing experience as it was not reliable at all. To be fair, some drivers are polite and compliant mostly those who ride the bigger sized buses but you would certainly want to avoid those who drive the medium-sized bus drivers. Not recommended and I would avoid at all costs. Will keep on updating my review throughout my stay.
