Best hotel services and stuff. Very clean and comfy. The stuff are great and the restaurant as well. Transportation to and from al Haram is always available. They have also a parking for people with personal cars. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I have been there for 3 days and it was amazing, the iftar was delicous. I like how the buses wait for the passengers infront of the hotel t go to the haram. The problem is that the hotel rooms are jammed together, so if you get a room in the middle of the hotel you will see the wall only.

I am a travel agent. I booked hotel during Ramadan period in a very high price for my valuable guest through B2B booking system. We booked for QUAD room but at the time of check-in hotel provided small twin room for 4 person. I raised a compliant to company where i booked and they tried their best to solve this issue. After 3 hours we get the name of person front desk (Mr.shabbir) who ready to change the room. He committed guests that he will provide another room as he don.t have quad room. Our guest accepted this offer but later on they added 2 extra beds in a very small room. I request to all guests to avoid this kind of hotel where no commitments after payment charged.

After a long 36hrs of traveling we finally arrived to this hotel. We met Ithar Gosty at the reception, and she gave us so much attitude. Throwing her hands and making gestures when we wanted to talk to the manager due to her not wanting to accommodate us. Very unprofessional, and we got to our room and it only had 2 beds inside rather than 3 that I booked and paid extra for. They ended up bringing a third bed and throwing it in the corner making it very cramped. First and last time staying here.

Very nice hotel , service also good after so much occupancy still we got response on room service within decent time, best part is their bus service which curb the hassle of being far from Makkah Grand Mosque. Lastly the surrounding also good various place to hangout including Starbucks & other good joints
