Four incredibly creative siblings from the Sahli family came together to open this aesthetically pleasing Greek restaurant at The Zone. OKTO (meaning ‘eight in Greek’) opened in 2019 as part of a secondary project to the already successful construction company owned by the family. Today, this thriving restaurant, inspired by a visit to Greece by two of the four founding members, has seen incredible success and has upped Riyadh’s Greek game with its unique and creative menu.
The bi-level interior has a close resemblance to that of traditional Greek homes and eateries. The lower floor features a theme of beige and clay-colored vases with similarly colored walls. Above you will find miniature dangling lights that come on at the break of night. The upper floor offers a much more luminous experience, with a large set of floor-to-ceiling glass doors sliding open onto a small roof terrace. This restaurant really lucked out on its view, with its view of dancing fountains at the center and a few of Riyadh's iconic buildings in the distance making this the ideal outdoor dining scene.
Okto’s menu will serve you the typical three-course Greek experience but with its special touch of distinctive flavors. An abundance of choice in starters, generous main courses, luxurious desserts, and signature beverages will have you eager for your next visit to this restaurant, even before your dining experience has ended.
Quality and preparation are key here at Okto, each item on the menu is carefully selected and paired to enhance each course. OKTO also has a branch at the Harrat View point in Al Ula.
