Atrium cafe is a lovely cafe located inside Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel. It has a beautiful interior and is a nice place for coffee and relaxation. They have hot and cold drinks. The cafe serves hot chocolate, Arabic coffee, iced lattes, mochas, and more. For dessert, they have cheesecakes, chocolate cakes, Oreo cakes, and many more desserts to eat. In addition, they have lasagna, burgers, pasta, and much more. The seating area is nice and comfy, and the place is neat and tidy with a quiet and Cosy atmosphere. The Atrium Cafe is located on the ground floor of Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel in Makkah.

Alhumdulilah! The hotel's staff and management are worthy of praise and raise. We had a beautiful experience. The hotel's rooms and common areas are very clean. The staff is very professional and very helpful. They go above and beyond everytime you need them. The housekeeping is of a top notch. They perform their tasks with outmost care even when the guest is in the room. I would recommend Jabl Omar Marriott to all my close family and friends.

I am a bonvoy member and this is one of the best hotel under Bonvoy. Excellent service by Ali from guest relationship and Talib buzzer boy. Phenomenal hospitality! Thank you for all the senior managers as well who made our stay safe and enjoyable! I will definitely stay again and recommend all to stay in.

Bad service. I asked for some food to be warmed up and they said not allowed. I asked for panadol and they said go to pharmacy. Other Marriotts I've stayed at readily provide such basic services. Room size was fine but the shower hot water setting didn't work properly. They don't have multi plug outlets in the room

One of the worst customer service experience received at this hotel. While booking I was told I would be given breakfast upgrade by the Marriott reservation due to my rewards tier with them. I spoke to the guest relations at the hotel as well not once but 4 times calling them from the US to Saudi Arabia and confirmed. Once I got to the hotel, they totally declined and pretended they never spoke to me. Mr. Mufti who was the person I spoke to said I don't remember even when I showed him the call log. Furthermore, the bathroom smelled like it had a dead animal. Had to ask house keeping several times to check on it. This hotel is no where near to a 5 Star as it claims, a 2 star probably would be a better rating. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, overall a very poor customer service experience.

Location is acceptable but better to have something beside haram. Service is very bad, last time I had issue with bathroom and this time when I requested for a pillow then never came (their pillows are very low and soft, I couldn’t sleep!), I even asked them to add my night to my membership but they took a photo for it and it was never added, they are not organized in high seasons as not reflecting the name of Marriott!
