Atrium cafe is a lovely cafe located inside Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel. It has a beautiful interior and is a nice place for coffee and relaxation. They have hot and cold drinks. The cafe serves hot chocolate, Arabic coffee, iced lattes, mochas, and more. For dessert, they have cheesecakes, chocolate cakes, Oreo cakes, and many more desserts to eat. In addition, they have lasagna, burgers, pasta, and much more. The seating area is nice and comfy, and the place is neat and tidy with a quiet and Cosy atmosphere. Had the best experience here with my family. Shuttle bus was super helpful and convenient. Picked and drop us off accordingly. Breakfast was delicious and fresh with lots of variations. Room services were top class. Shaon assisted us in room services and we really appreciated his efforts in keeping us comfortable at all times. Really recommend this hotel for a luxurious experience here at Makkah.

Stayed with my family for 5 days. When we reached, the system of the hotel was down, and they were working offline. This created an issue, as they couldn't get the information regarding my payment. However, Ms. Awatif at reception was very helpful and tried everything to help us. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to Haram. They also have shuttle buses running around the clock to take you to Haram. Rooms were clean and nice. Mr Ahad(room service) on the 7th floor was very helpful. They've great range of breakfast in Buffet. We absolutely loved it. Would definitely love to stay again.

Just amazing experience, clean comfortable and great staff. Offers free shuttle to Masjid Haram and bus station and return. Great menu for breakfast 60 SAR. I will book again in the future.

We had stayed here for 2 nights (booked 2 rooms adjacent to each other) to perform Umrah. We had booked Quad rooms (4 beds) with city view. The rooms were neat and clean, reception and room service staff were responsive and all our needs were met immediately. The hotel is close to the Haram, it’s a bit of a walk, but the shuttle bus service is great. They pick and drop you off at regular intervals. Check in and check out were smooth. No complaints.
