Stayed here for 3 nights for my umrah and what can I say it is a luxurious hotel to stay in! It is near the al haram about 10 mins walk, but its uphill so it's difficult for elders. They have golf carts going up and down carrying people but only 6-8 people at a time (usually during prayers time) Lovely big rooms and large bathroom, the beds were bit too soft for my likings but they were comfy! The hotel staff were excellent and the breakfast manager exceeded expectations! Can you tell me what you used in the hotel because it smelt sooo nice!! Only downside was the WiFi it kept on disconnecting on my phone alot of times. But overall lovely stay, would definitely stay here again inshaAllah!

This hotel staff is not nice. They pretend to talk on the phone with the manager when you need something done from them. We stayed for a few days there and had three people each in both rooms we booked. They gave us a king bed and expected us to fit three people in it. For one of the rooms they gave us a rollaway bed which was expensive and because of how expensive it was, for the second room one of us slept on the hard floor. They said we should have told them earlier because they charged us due to the “inconvenience” to their housekeeping to bring the rollaway bed the room. It’s a hotel and a hospitality business. They should be accommodating yet they are not. It’s so sad that’s how they want to make money. Will never stay here nor do I recommend this hotel. Also, location is far from the Haram. The walk is pretty rough. Even though there is shuttle service, the ladies fight to get on it.

Great location, only a 5 min walk from the Haram with a short cut through the Hilton next door. However, that's the only good thing about this place, not really a Hilton experience. There was only one person on desk to check in, with over 6 people waiting. We had an accessible room which was next to the gym and massage room where an alarm kept going off at 12am!!! We called reception to come and resolve the issue and they knocked on our door to ask what the issue was. They went in the massage room and said it was an alarm going off as someone was sleeping in there. We were offered no apology. The bathroom was designed very poorly for an accessible room. It was not a wet room but merely the shower had the shower doors removed. It drained very slowly and flooded the bathroom, which made the whole bathroom wet and dangerously slippy. The beds were too soft and there was no back support. There was one chair in the room so we had to sit on the bed even when not sleeping.

The hotel is offering moderate experience, and from my view, it could offer better than that, especially since there are several Hilton in the area and I offering better experience. The location is around 500 meters from Haram, and the street is climbing up and down, and the other Hilton is offering a golf car 🚗 but double tree, no ? 😢 The F&B and the breakfast buffet are very poor. The room is good and our view is nice. Overall experience and rating are average.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. We felt extremely well taken care of and our room was exceptional. It was very clean and spacious and housekeeping was efficient and prompt. The manager whose name is Ahmad from Zafaran restaurant deserves 10 stars for his level of courtesy and hospitality. He was extremely kind, polite and had great recommendations. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
