Atrium cafe is a lovely cafe located inside Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel. It has a beautiful interior and is a nice place for coffee and relaxation. They have hot and cold drinks. The cafe serves hot chocolate, Arabic coffee, iced lattes, mochas, and more. For dessert, they have cheesecakes, chocolate cakes, Oreo cakes, and many more desserts to eat. In addition, they have lasagna, burgers, pasta, and much more. The seating area is nice and comfy, and the place is neat and tidy with a quiet and Cosy atmosphere. The Atrium Cafe is located on the ground floor of Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel in Makkah.

I stayed at this hotel this week and it was an amazing experience. It was a great location and they had lovely staff especially Nasser and Yasser at the reception. They were so helpful and kind and even upgraded my room for me! Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Amazing Hotel in Mecca! Super friendly and nice staff and the buffet is amazing. The Rooms are pretty big and super clean. It's a good walking distance to the Haram but they have a nice and efficient shuttle service which comes every 5-10 minutes usually. One of the best Hotels in the city.

Stayed in marriot hotel for 5 days and it was amazing. Maybe a 3 min walk to the masjid al haram and the hotel bus made it easier. The breakfast was great with a variety of options to choose between. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom. There was a lady named rahaf which was super nice and helpful.

Management is not good. We booked 4 beds room but when we arrived at hotel they gave us 3 beds room. Then we request again to change the room but they sent an extra bed very late. We like the breakfast menu.

The hotel is relatively new. It's a 6-7min walk to the Haram. While there is a shuttle that reduces the walking time by about 3min, a short walk of about 3min is still required to reach the Haram. The return walk includes an uphill path, which may present a challenge for the elderly (hotel's rates possibly reflect this aspect). Despite this, the hotel is excellent. The service is exceptional, plenty of parking available, room views are impressive, and breakfast offers a good selection and is delicious.
