Description

Altopiano is a fine-dining restaurant that specialises in serving Italian cuisine fused with Saudi ingredients wherever possible, yet preserving the authentic Italian taste. The restaurant is located in the Bujairi Terrace in historical Diriyah which makes it the perfect place to reflect this infusion between the two cultures. It has beautiful indoor and outdoor seating with rustic interior design, dim lights, patio heaters which create a warm and cosy ambience. Altopiano has a degustation menu that focuses on the senses and the Italian culinary art, and they take their guests’ feedback into consideration in creating their menu. 


They welcome you with the well-known Italian Bellini cocktail drink which is a symbol of pride in Italy. For starters, you can enjoy the delicate taste of Carpaccio, Burrata, Arancini, and the Insalata Altopiano salad with dates. For the main course, they offer delicious Risotto Bosco, Branzino sea bass, and Bistecca steak. As for desserts, you can enjoy the cloudy dreamy taste of their Tiramisu and Panna Cotta. They are renewing their menu every time so don’t be surprised if you find new items. 


The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the general manager himself, Mr. Stefano, is known to greet guests personally to explain the concept of their menu and the story behind this lovely restaurant. Altopiano is one of The best Italian restaurants in Riyadh. It’s a great place to have an unforgettable Italian dining experience with your family.

A peaceful calm place, Bujairi Terrace is a great place to enjoy food and culture in Riyadh. It has many restaurants and cafes with different cuisines and views of the ancient At-Turaif district. The service is excellent and the prices are fair. I loved everything I ate and drank there. Bujairi Terrace is a must-visit destination in Riyadh.

The ambience they created over here, takes you way back to vintage. The history and culture of Saudi Arabia is illustrated here. Diriya was once the capital of Saudi Arabia and later named to Riyadh

Just visited the enchanting Bujairi terrace in the magnificent TuraifDistrict! The seamless blend of architecture and traditional design is truly mesmerizing. The vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and serene atmosphere make it a must-visit destination. Can't wait to go back again!

Amazing place and experience. Full of history and it tells a story of its own. Be prepared to walk a lot and stay hydrated. Several A Class outlets also available and the place has something for everyone. Very insta place and great vibes. Thanks.

This is the best place in diriyah we walk for an hour and it wasn’t enough I recommend. That you come at 5 or 6 because at night it’s busy but at night it’s more beautiful my kids liked and really like the museums and it’s history and breathtaking views of diriyah But the parking is far but it’s worth it highly recommended when you come to Riyadh Region ????????
