I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel and had an excellent experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Mr. Siddik at the front desk and in room service. From the moment I checked in, Mr. Siddik went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was always available to answer any questions I had and provided valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The room service was also exceptional. The staff were friendly, efficient and ensured that everything was kept clean and tidy throughout my stay. The food was delicious and always delivered in a timely manner. Overall, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, and I have Mr. Siddik and the room service team to thank for that. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area, and I myself would love to visit again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful visit in this hotel and even though my Arabic is not very good there was an employee her name was Bayan she helped me a lot and made me feel more comfortable so thanks to her service. she was great and patient 5 out of 5 honestly

They cancelled my booking just before i reached the hotel. Then they gave me 2 rooms for higher rent. Very unethical behaviour by their reservation service. Pros: 1. Very efficient bus service. 2. Fast elevators. 3. Parking is free if available. Cons: 1. Dirty smelly hallways. 2. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. 3. Bedsheets are not clean properly. 4. No good cafes or restaurants nearby. Overall not a 5 star by any way.

i stayed at this hotel for 6 days and i just checked out, it is rated 5 stars but i would hardly give it 3. it lacks cleanliness in all the worst ways. our bathroom had mold all over the roof and a tile of the roof was falling over. there was a constant bad smell in the bathroom that made me sick all the time. food is decent but absolutely NOT 5 stars, and the beds were comfortable i guess. and they also only come to u if u beg them to come clean ur room, not to mention the dirty towels and dirty sheets.
