This was an amazing experience. Hassan Karim at the restaurant was super professional. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was cheap and clean. Amjad at customer service was very helpful. She made our stay worthy. She came and made sure we had everything we needed.

It was a good experience staying there alhamdulillah! The hotel is neat and tidy, staff is friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet took me by a pleasant surprise! It was wonderful! The variety was great! The bathroom was leaking and they immediately came to fix it. However, the way the washroom is designed, the entire Washroom gets wet once you take a shower. And there was a constant bad smell in the washroom too. The fridge was just not working. It was actually warm in the fridge. I kept some fruits in there and they went bad. The room temperature was lower than the fridge's temperature! The bus service is unpredictable. Sometimes, you have to wait for 20-30 minutes, and sometimes it comes very quickly. Overall, it was a good experience staying there!

It was a very nice stay and Faisal from the front office team went above and beyond to make our stay very special. Faisal was very helpful and very accommodating. He is such a professional and very nice person who made our stay really comfortable. Thank you so much Faisal.

Always a pleasure staying at Makarem Um al Qura Hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet has a good varieties of dishes. A great value for your money. Suggestion I would like to make is to try to get rid of bad odor which comes from some washrooms like for Room 806.
