Description

Al Hanim serves fresh and tasty chicken. The burgers are really tasty, soft, and cooked just right. They have Al Hanim chicken, crispy strips, the rancher, cheese fries, fiesta wrap, coleslaw, and much more to eat. The seating area is nice and comfy, and the atmosphere is nice and calm.  Al Hanim is located in Abraj Al Bait, near Smash Burger, on the P3 floor in  Makkah.

Customer service here is atrocious. Cashier was very rude and abrupt. Guy taking the orders out was even worse. They give preference to local Saudi people and blatantly ignore you if you’re a foreigner. Waited patiently for 15 minutes and the guy refused to even acknowledge me. Local Saudi guy asked for a drink with ice in a cup and was swiftly given the drink. I then asked immediately after and was told the machine is out of order and I can only be served a can of drink. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all
