The governor of Madinah, Prince Salman bin Sultan, has inaugurated the new As Safiyyah Museum and Park which is located close to Al Masjid An Nabawi.
This project covers an area of 4,400 square meters and is divided into several sections including: a museum showcasing the Story of Creation, a public garden, waterways as well as shops and restaurants.
The project aims to enhance the cultural experience of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to promote the heritage of Madinah and restore Islamic sites boosting religious tourism to The Holy Cities.
Inauguration of As Safiyyah Museum & Park
The city of Madinah, renowned for its spiritual significance, is taking strides in enhancing its cultural landscape. The latest addition to the city's vibrant cultural scene is the As Safiyyah Museum & Park, also known as Al Safiyyah Museum & Park.
The inauguration ceremony of As Safiyyah Museum & Park was a prestigious event attended by several dignitaries. Prince Saud bin Khalid Al-Faisal, the deputy governor of Madinah, and Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, Minister of Hajj and Umrah, graced the event with their presence.
During the ceremony, Prince Salman bin Sultan was briefed on the major components of the Al-Safiyyah Museum and Park. He also toured the museum, viewing a collection of rare artifacts and museum exhibits.

Located in the southern central area of Haram, As Safiyyah Museum & Park spreads over an area of 4,400 square meters behind the five star Pullman Zamzam Madina hotel.

The Commercial Facilities and Waterways

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman launched the Rua Al Madinah project in August 2022. It covers 1.5 million square meters and dedicates 63 percent of its space to open and green areas.

Saudi Entertainment Ventures Seven announced its plans to construct an entertainment complex in Al Madinah worth 1.3 Billion Riyals.
This upcoming development aims to be a center for enjoyment, excitement, and high-quality attractions, with the goal of improving the quality of life for the local residents.
The project will span over 100,000 square meters, with a built-up area of 84,000 square meters. The park will also include picturesque walkways that will seamlessly connect with the planned open paths and gardens within the destination.
