Saudi Arabia’s Rua Al Madinah Holding company has unveiled its masterpiece project in Madinah, the Islamic Civilization Village. Spanning a vast 257,000 square meters, this splendor project contains eight stunning and unique zones representing distinct aspects of Islamic history and culture. 

The project aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 and is designed to create an immersive cultural and educational experience while promoting Madinah as a leading Islamic tourist destination. It is due to be conveniently located close to Al Masjid An Nabawi.

Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman recently unveiled the master plan for the Rua Al Madinah Project, which is an ambitious plan for a significant development venture. The project, located east of the Prophet's Mosque (Peace & Blessings Be Upon Him), is designed to enhance the area's capacity significantly. 

Once completed, it can host up to 30 million Umrah pilgrims. Aligning with the Saudi Vision 2030, the Public Investment Fund (PIF) spearheaded this groundbreaking development effort which Rua Al Madinah Holding Company will implement.

It will cover an expansive area of 1.5 million square meters and will feature 47,000 new hotel rooms by 20303. Open spaces and green areas will account for 63% of the site, creating a blend of urban development and natural beauty.

The Rua Al Madinah has recently agreed with three organizations: Marriott, Accord, and Hyatt, which involves collaboration and supervision of hotel operations.

Mr. Al Juhani, chief executive at Rua Al Madinah Holding, said, “We also have 7,000 hotel rooms in the concept stage, and another 8,000 rooms will start design in November. So we are talking about 20,000 rooms before year-end in different stages, in design or under construction or in the middle of design.”
