We had a great experience staying there. Whenever we wanted shuttle service outside the hotel and Haram it was always there and we never waited for it. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of food. The rooms were clean and smelled good. The staff was very supportive and cooperative. I will definitely book it again.

A cockroach emerged from behind the toiletries. Bad attitude 😒 is a feature that most of the staff share. You need to beg for towels. Most of the staff neither speak Arabic nor English, so you need to use your hands like a meme 🤣 to explain. The bus is not guaranteed to get you back to the hotel. You notice a bad smell (mold) the moment you enter the room, the ventilation is bad.
