Hotel quality has improved, but still could do better. They were serving the buffet breakfast again for a while but now it’s back to room service with limited breakfast items. Regardless, parking IS AVAILABLE, behind the hotel in the massive car park. Per day I think it was around 120 SAR, I think, which in all honesty, is very reasonable. But if you’re lucky, you will find a parking spot available on the street. Otherwise, it’s not a bad hotel. It has what you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is generally pretty clean. Yes, the hotel is old. It would make for a perfect investment opportunity for a young Saudi to improve the overall quality. The neighborhood is old but it’s not bad. I do believe this neighborhood has a lot of potential, and this hotel could play a critical role in the neighborhood. Until then, I’ll continue to stay here when in Riyadh. It really is the best option if you’re trying to not spend a lot for a hotel room, and if you’re not bothered by simple irrelevant things like dirty buildings, traffic, etc. Would be amazing if there was a small fitness room for guests only, open 24/7… instead, the gym is open to the public, and it doesn’t open until 10:00 a.m., which is not acceptable for a hotel which claims to cater to business travelers. Also, breakfast should be offered earlier. Business travelers wake up early. They need to use a fitness center early in the morning. They eat breakfast early in the morning. Please consider this. I do believe it would increase the guest capacity and it would be good for your hospitality business.

All in all a good experience. Hotel is very old but well maintained. If you want to see old riyadh and do local shopping . This is the best place.

The location was awful, parking was hustle, no rump for wheelchair, the smell was ugly, the building was very old, lift was very risky and making noise, even though I booked a room for two people,we got breakfast for one Pearson and was very poor Breakfast. As overall I will never go again.

Located in one of the busiest areas of Riyadh and full of workers and dirty roads. It's near to the centre which is a benefit. The hotel is not bad for a one night stay as rooms are spacious.

The area is a slum, with heavy traffic jam. Room is big but service is all passive. You need to call or hang your plate on the door knob to get things replaced or room cleaned. The Philippine restaurant on 1/F is ok, other than that, nothing to appreciate about.
