The hotel is extremely crowded, and it takes long time to complete our checkin However, the receptionists are very welcoming, helpful and friendly, they we're exhausted but always willing to offer help with a lovely smile. I was lucky that my room was very clean, the bed was comfy, the room service was always on time. The view was breathtaking, however I wish that they do glass cleaning regularly to complete the good experience the hotel offers. The buffet was not as good as expected, and the restaurant doesn't smell good, but the staff were very fast in assisting and serving us everything we asked for. The hotel's location is one of the best that is very close to the Haram gate (around 3 minutes walking distance). Would definitely visit it again.

I very much enjoyed staying at the Swiss Hotel. The place is very beautiful and their poster is friendly. The attention to the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms is more than wonderful. The restaurants are clean and of a high degree of sophistication. The food is very nice. I will definitely come back to the place again.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. The worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. I booked for 3 adults for 7 nights. I paid a LOT of money thinking this would be a great location because my parents are both elderly. However there was a glitch and the system says the 4 bedroom I had booked was for 1 adult! The hotel refused to update it to 3 adults without an additional payment or £1480!!! Which is how much I paid for the room anyways!!! They wanted DOUBLE the money! Not only this they refused to cancel the booking so it could be rebooked for the same amount for the correct amount of people. I have spent over £350 on telephone calls because they kept me on hold for over 2 hours! And I have been calling daily for 7 days! As I was crying down the phone the hotel advisor just says to me ‘so?’ Like I hadn’t already paid a ridiculous amount of money!!! Even though the room is correct and the mistake is not mine! AVOID AVOID AVOID! You can stay at nicer hotels in the clock tower for cheaper that have better customer service and will not try to steal your money!!!!! You’re asking I send you a private message but you don’t even have that feature turned on! I’m guessing you are doing it all for show so other customers thing you fix peoples issues! THEY DO NOT FIX YOUR ISSUES! They leave you to struggle and take more money

I don’t know how this hotel has a 4.5 stars.. this was so expensive for finding mold in the bathrooms (video and picture) the bed is not comfortable, there is a beep sound in every floor and they don’t turn off at night time ( video). And when we asked them to turn off they said it’s like this and they can’t do nothing. It beeps every 10-20 seconds.. you can’t sleep.. Also the windows are so dirty that you can’t see anything outside ( picture).. the minimum you should keep are things cleaned.. the safe was also locked and not working, so we didn’t want housekeeping since we had our passports in the room.. we contacted them, they could not fix and that’s it.. it’s broken. The inclusive dinner does not even include soda.. only water! I have nothing good to say. Even the short distance is not worth the money they charge. There are better options around. Sanitary and health services should be contacted for these molds.. True 5 star hotels would never be like this one. This hotel needs urgent updates.. And do you know what answer you get from them? Literally nothing! Any hotel that is 5 star would make sure things like these are working and cleaned and would at minimum provide 5 star Costumer service. I don’t know how they have a license to advertise they are 5 star hotel. That should be illegal
