The rooms are good but the reception staff are not friendly. location not to far from Haram and They have a bus that moves at the time of every prayer to the Haram

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Reasonable price when compared with others (SR450). The have bus to Al haram during prayer times. Breakfast is provided. It has car parking and wi-fi. Small bathroom and corridor, 5 minutes from Al haram by car.

Mr Ahmed( Egyptian) and Mr Mahmood or Khalid ( bangali) all kitchen and resturant staff is wonderful, amazing service and kind ppl. Hotel is awesome but parking issues sometimes. Wonderful services 5/5

Excellent customer dealing, very good shuttle service to Haram and excellent breakfast. The restaurant staff Eeshan and Farooq are excellent. Location is compensated perfectly by the shuttle service. A highly recommended place to stay!

the suite was big with a large lounge with comfy beds. and the water was hot at the bathrooms but there was no room service. The shuttle service was on time to the masjid. The food was a bit bland but i reccomend it
