How can a hotel call itself 5 stars when you don't have power outlets on ANY side of the bed? How can a hotel call itself 5 stars AND CHARGE like it when your rooms need a card key to stay in it for the fridge and the orphaned power outlets to work? AND you give your customers only 1 card (so that they can take it with them when they leave the room and good luck for the stuff in the fridge or the devices that need charging!) How can a hotel call itself 5 stars when you don't have elevator access to your underground parking? Oh, we have valet service! Really? will you cover my damages when your valet scratches my rental?! Maybe you should charge 120 US instead of the 200 US you charge per night!

This hotel is not up to the usual standard one could expect from Radisson hotels. The price-quality ratio is not met at all. Some hiccups at check-in were solved amicably by room upgrades. But the rooms are below standard, e.g. some sockets had no electricity and lighting is poor. No view from the windows, and windows are so thin that traffic noise seeps through. The breakfast is below standard, and the staff at breakfast is unfriendly. The "lounge" counts with very poor service, if any. The only really good thing in this hotel is the gym. Probably one of the best I ever encountered in any hotel in Saudi Arabia. The pool looked nice but I didn't use it. The location is in a traffic jam area.

I 100% recommend this hotel. Specially because the staff here are so nice, they do everything possible to make you happy and to help you on anything on your stay. I’d like to appreciate specially Mr Raza, who was so kind and supportive.

This place is so old and has got lot of work to put it to regain 5 stars status. Breakfast options are terrible, plates smelling foul, water dripping from AC in resturant ( see photos)

This is old hotel. Car park is not connected with elevator. Breakfast is good but no fresh honey and coffee machine may need maintenance. Omelet is very good. The rooms are average size. Its overall quiet. Staff are friendly. No attractions in walking distance. Location has busy traffic.
