Super. The large apartment was so big it was almost labyrinth sized! Really enjoyed the stay and the view was almost panoramic from up on high. It’s a nice view in and of itself but more importantly you get to see how bad traffic is before venturing out and if you’re not familiar with the living hell that is Riyadh traffic, trust me - a good look out the window before setting out really does make a difference as Google is slow, Waze is blind and Apple Maps doesn’t even try to give you directions. Great staff, ample parking, will stay again.

Pretty sure I’m staying in a different hotel to most of the other reviewers. I’m sure back in the 80s this was top of the pile. Nothing has been done since it’s opening by the looks of things however. It’s not just dated. It’s prehistoric. The rooms are just horrible dark shells. The windows might as well not exist The gym is bizarre. It’s part of an external health club but in dire need of renovation with odd dated equipment. All the staff are super nice and helpful but everything else is just horrible. Perhaps a 3* hotel but with 5* prices.

Very poor hotel rooms. Though the cleanliness level is decent but there is a very small outlet which works as window making the rooms feel like a prison cell. And they don't compensate the lack of good infra with anything else -The quality of food is sub average, the buffet breakfast staff are impolite, food presentation is yuck and the hotel location is such that you would always be stuck in extreme traffic. I requested for peeled boiled eggs and the buffet staff gave it to me with shell saying it's not allowed to peel the eggs for customers - I mean this is the first time I heard a stupid policy like this On top of that the way they serve food is so put off. I ordered chicken curry and they sent the curry and rice on a plate without any bowl.

Average. Comfortable sleep. Good breakfast. Clean room. Less positively, kitchen extract vent seems to be piped directly into the room- so smells like a bakery from 5:00am. Paying for breakfast was a super-complicated process, with waiters running around like a Peter Sellers movie. You’d think someone would have bought breakfast before..

The food is excellent, Jojo in the restaurant looks after us incredibly well. The food is very good. Rooms are really a good size & the beds very comfortable. Also superb pillows & linen. mijan looked after my room he is a star. Thank you to the brilliant staff. My one criticism of this hotel is the gym equipment - a lot of it is broken & needs maintaining. So please for the next visit get that sorted, if the gym equipment was good I would definitely give it 5 ⭐️ thanks

They have 2 swimming pools one in the hotel building which is for men only and the other in the apartments building which is shared and women have special times they can use it. However, when we were in the pool during women-only time, two men came in, saw us and went to the gym that overlooks the pool. We were so shocked as they were not supposed to be there. We couldn’t move or do anything because they would see us. Luckily, I had my phone with me so I called the hotel and asked them to bring someone to get them out. The funny thing is that they sent a lady and another man! He went to the gym and got those men out.
