Location is very nice. Most banks and ministry are nearby. Rooms are good but faced some rare issues in earlier stay. Service is very good. Delawar was very helpful as he could speak Hindi, Bengali, Arabic very well and always happy to help.

Very basic rooms for a 5 star hotel. The toilet setup is old, no tub and a broken Muslim shower. Nothing in the mini bar. Only 2 small water bottles per room. The staff was friendly and that's about it.

Old but has a good service. The hotel is an old one, you can tell from the furniture and the fitouts, however it is maintained. The room are well sized, the service is good and the locatio. Js satisfactory.

Good selection at breakfast with a range of options, servers also very welcoming. Ensure you make sure you are in a ‘non-smoking’ room, as quite a few of the rooms seem to be smoking ones. Gym is amazingly well equipped with an area full of cardio and weight machines, with a separate section full of York weights and full weightlifting gear. One of the best equipped hotel gyms I’ve ever been to. Swimming pool is tremendously clean and a really good temperature as well. Breakfast is okay, could be a better selection of hot food but is suitable for what is needed.

In 20 years of business travel, this hotels tops as the worst business hotel ever. I wish I had taken photos to support this review but im not usually the kind of person who comlains. But this hotel was something else!!!The location is next to ministries which means traffic coming in and out is behind imaginable. Ubers even cancel rides. The rooms are disgusting (and I'm.being even fair with this statement). The bed has stains, the mattress is placed on a an older mattress that had too much dust. The carpet is dusty and the room has no sunlight. Now the service.is a whole new level. I was having lunch and then got on a business call. The waiter and then the manager stopped me twice to ask me to pay the bill. When I said that I am on a call and need 5 mnts, the manager shouted at me that he wants to close the register 😂😂 the food is bad quality...very bad. Very very bad. Disgusting even. 😂 the receptionists are a whole new world of ignorance. They can't speak English properly. I would never step foot again here..btw I paid usd 500 per night and this is not worth 50 usd.
