Please do not stay here. You will 100% regret it. Absolutely disgusting establishment. Scammers who wouldn't refund me even though my room was cancelled and the staff at reception named ramzi extremely rude and wouldn't want to help someone who speaks english. Refused to give me any customer service number or the manager's number. Acted like he doesn't understamd english so he doesn't speak to me.

Was so disappointed by the over all experience. No cleanliness at all. There were bugs on the bed. Sheets were not clean. Washroom was a complete disaster. Request for room service or any other thing but they never come to do so. Cleaning staff is rude and talks bad about the hotel if requested something. Would never go back again. The only good this about the hotel is its super quite..

Just Awesome I have really enjoyed staying there. Receptions have been really generous, courteous, and awesome. Thanks for the very kind hospitality of the staff of the hotel. Wish you even more prosperity and stability.

I booked two nights through Saudi Airlines. I really surprised how good flights company deal with such this hotel. The services very low less than one star hotel, very bad experience, I wouldn’t stay here any more for free.

The worst place to stay in Mecca. The people at reception are rude and racist. I booked my room through agoda. The website said the check in time is 3 pm but when i came to hotel, the guy wont even talk to me and through gesture told be the check in time is 4 and i have to wait for 1 hour. I hope they go out of business.
