From the beginning to the end, our stay here was enjoyable. The staff are professional and courteous. The facilities and services provided were all on par for the price of only $40 per night. The busses ran on time and there were many different times offered to accommodate anyone's schedule, night or day. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for secured parking that is free, a reasonably priced breakfast buffet and a location that is only a short bus ride away from the haram. Well done to the staff and management of this hotel. THANK YOU.

The hotel front office service was excellent, especially the Saudi national behavior towards the guest. Room size is bit small, but compare to a 4 star facility with cheaper prize it’s not bad. Overall facility is good anyway.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights alhamdulillah and had an excellent experience especially with the customer service. The customer service will go out of their way to help you, even to the point that my cars battery died in the parking garage and the brothers khaalid and saalih جزاهما الله خيرا at the reception desk brought a car and helped me jump my car. Their breakfast was good alhamdulillah and the bus service is extremely helpful. The bus maybe a few minutes behind or ahead but I don't mind because sometimes it worked out in my favor. I've had times where I've gotten to the bus late and alhamdulillah it was still there, and I've had times where I got there early and had to wait till it came. Regardless, you have to realize not everyone is in the same situation we are in, so the fact they wait for people is appreciated. The rooms alhamdulillah were good as well, clean and no bad odors. Generally alhamdulillah I was very pleased with the general experience especially considering the price alongside with breakfast.

It’s far from al haram and the area is not well served.. the room is beautiful but the bathroom is bad

Bad and old furniture, bathroom water leakage and bad smell, over all cleanliness is bad , reception dont pickup the phone even i tried more than five times, no room service also i asked for water they brought it four hours later ?‍? just before you die of thirsty. Over all it is not a 4 stars hotel it is totally disappointing not recommend.

M Hotel Al Dana Millennium is a four star hotel in Makkah. It’s 4 km away from Grand Mosque, 8 km from Makkah mall. They have also bus shuttle service from hotel to Haram .There are different shops and a big supermarket near the hotel. Rooms offer free Wi-FI, coffee making facilities, flat-screen TVs. Room was of moderate size, clean and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was small but clean. Other Amenities include a restaurant, a lounge, Leo cafe , a prayer room and a business center, plus parking and breakfast. The Sales manager Mis.Aseel is very nice and has good cooperation with us.
