As a returning customer. I've stayed in this hotel over 3 times already, and I've even recommended and booked it for others. What I realised is obviously their standard is getting lower, and customer services are not given priority as before. Their breakfast option has fewer varieties compared to before. Although the hotel still has the potential for improvement.

Hotel is very good staff is very cooperative specially rome service team. Only issue I faced that some times no one answer the call may be there is some technical issue in the line. Shuttle service to and from Haram is available 24 hours, although you need to walk 15 minutes from drop off location at Haram. My room key was disabled every second day and I need to go and get it activated that is quite annoying when you are returned from Haram and very tired.

Room service just Ok. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Location is very perfect for Umrah Pilgrims.... Huge Bin Dawood just beside. Shuttle Service was Awesome... 24 hours shuttle....

Beautiful room, area has some good restaurants. Very far from Haram. Shuttle point is also far. Hotel lobby is very beautiful.

We stayed here for 6 nights even though the hotel is very far from the haram, there is a free shuttle service every hour and it is very convenient during prayer times. It is a very nice and clean hotel. Only problem we had was the beds were not changed and the rooms were not cleaned. Everytime we asked they came and changed the bins and changed the towels and not the beds or the room. If you need it done you have to be very firm otherwise it will not get done. Other than that it would have been a 5*. The wifi is very good which made the kids happy. The hotel has a massive prayer room for both male and female. The hotel also provides a kettle to make tea and coffee which they provide including the water to make it with and a iron with ironing board. There is also a gym for free to use which is open 24 hours.

M Hotel Al Dana Millennium is a four star hotel in Makkah. It’s 4 km away from Grand Mosque, 8 km from Makkah mall. They have also bus shuttle service from hotel to Haram .There are different shops and a big supermarket near the hotel. Rooms offer free Wi-FI, coffee making facilities, flat-screen TVs. Room was of moderate size, clean and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was small but clean. Other Amenities include a restaurant, a lounge, Leo cafe , a prayer room and a business center, plus parking and breakfast. The Sales manager Mis.Aseel is very nice and has good cooperation with us.
