deyar al eiman is a good hotel with a good service, almost 5 days here and everything is good. the reception desk always give us smile. and miss raghad very hepfull..

Generally good 4star hotel. Excellent location,Few mins walk away.Reception area is small. While I was staying, there were too many of our Indonesian, Malaysian brothers, sisters and uncles, coach load coming and going with too many luggages at the reception area. Also , around near by hotels has the same issue. Breakfast buffet was good.

Very close to masjid Nabawi hence why we chose this hotel. Rooms are very old, especially the bathroom. It could do with an upgrade. Change of bathroom basin/taps/shower/tiles would make a huge difference. Cleanliness I would say 5 out of 10. They changed bedding, etc, daily.

If there was a 0 star review, I would give this hotel 0 stars. The service is so bad even people are discriminated when eating at this hotel, we just got food like trash here and the employees were very rude when we complained they just told us to be patient when they were just lazy to refill the food. Better upgrade your hotel or just close it.

Best part of this hotel is the location and proximity to the masjid al nabawi. The rooms were not clean, lots of stains on the sheets. Room service was very basic and often no towels/toilet paper was provided. Overall, I would not stay here again.
