Definitely not a 4* hotel. Dirty, have plumbing issue and run down hotel. Corridors smell of cigarettes smokes and cleaning stuff was parked there. Double standard breakfast for Asian and Western. Hotel not recommended.

The hotel is so so. Room is quite big and very close to Haram (only a block away) but the water heater does not work properly and room seems old. However, services are good. Overall 7/10 ??

Small room with 4 single bed. Housekeeping need an improvement. After one day stay, we realised that lots of stuff below our bed. Empty can, old cloth, used tissue etc... The floor is sticky, Food serve was way tooo spicy.. everything spicy. Not worth taking full board, better just go for room only.

We had two rooms booked, we requested a double bed as we have a infant but they didn’t accommodate for this. Rooms were cramped with just the beds and side table. Bathroom was small and in need of renovation. Rooms had a smell of glue used in furniture. The wardrobes doors won’t slide. Our room had a kettle but only socket to put it was either on the floor or by removing our lamp switch. We couldn’t use either due to infant, complained then changed rooms so we could use a kettle. One of the socket was faulty, when we plugged in it started causing short circuit. Rooms were not clean ! Cups were dirty! Dust everywhere ! Asked housekeeping to clean the next day and after several requests a guy came and asked what needed to be done ! It was utterly poor service. They folded dirty used towels that were on the floor and put them back on the counter. We knew this as they had blood in them. Because of them we almost missed our flight. It took them 40 minutes with 4 calls and 2 visits to reception to get our luggage down from 2 rooms. It was a very unpleasant stay, would NOT recommend this hotel. There are plenty of hotels next to this which are similarly priced or even better with better standards. Only positive was the location and the guy who helped us move rooms. Caused a lot of tension to our trip.
