Terrible condition. Short of staff , nobody comes to clean the rooms, change sheets or empty bins. Bathroom doesn't have any exhaust so all the humidity and smell from the shower is stuck in room . They don't even have a doctor to deal with emergency situation. Staff shows racial discrimination specially if you are from south asian region. I give it one star only because it is close to Safa Marwa . I don't recommend this place

It is practically 1.3 KMs from main entrance of Haram which takes at least 30- 40 minutes to reach Entrance of Haram...as Ghaza Entrances of Haram are closed by Saudi Administration are only on Jumma it's open for General Public... Don't recommend specially elderly people

Great hotel, and very close to the Holly Mosque "Kaaba". It has spacious and clean rooms, and the staff services are very upscale. Under it are many shops, and money exchange services.
