Grand Makkah Hotel

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Islam, a person comes to this Holy place with the Family to please Allah but we had a lot of stress the whole time due to the Hotel Management. Everything very dirty, the Room was very small very dirty, it was Smelling, No Towels, the Water was leaking in the Washroom. We were locked outside the Room for 5 Hours without Money, without Food and Washroom with small Kids. The Reception was unable to help us. The food was too bad, they just say we have a big Buffet but the Hall is too dirty, too unheigenic. I will honestly give a -100 stars to this Hotel. We paid 10,000 Riyals for 2 Weeks and the streets were better than the Hotel Rooms. I would recommend you all to book a 3* cheap Hotel who gives a better service than this one. Otherwise you will regret your decision.

I have stayed here during my hajj 2019 ! It's the perfect place to live near haram ( holy khaana kaaba ) it's just 600-700 meters from the center ! 15 minutes of a good walk can make you to the haram

The hotel was amazing, with a luxury design and really near to kabaa, some ppl say its 30m walk, that's their opinion but I see it very good. But The TV channels doesn't work, Please fix.

The badest Hotel that i see in my life. No System. Not clean. If you come to this hotel you will make the mistake of your life. it's all messy. We change cards every day to even enter the room. Room service comes one day, and one day it doesn't. If you want something, you have to call 5 times until it comes. If I hadn't come with the group, I wouldn't ve stayed here even for a day. garbage everywhere in the hallway. their employees are so lazy that they seem to be forced to work. for me this hotel is not even worth 1 star. Shame on you directors.

Good hotel Clean with Good housekeeping and services Friendly helpful people Excellent Egyptian restaurant serving 3 meals open buffet, with very good quality and prices But It's not the best district to stay in Makkah! Very faraway from the main gates of the Haram and from the commercial area
