Great hotel, and very close to the Holly Mosque "Kaaba". It has spacious and clean rooms, and the staff services are very upscale. Under it are many shops, and money exchange services.

The food quality and services are far below average rather poor, the management is not much cooperative, very slow response against any query. Even provision of drinking water to the rooms is highly compromised.

Rooms are some what congested for four persons per room. You have to wait lot of time for lift due to lot of stories of hotel. During hajj, at the to time of breakfast, lunch or dinner, you may face pathetic situation on restaurant floor, lot of people wait for their turn and at the end management communicates its all end. Food quality is also not good one.

Worst place to live in Makkah. Dirty rooms. Very very poor room service. Even drinking water is not available in the rooms. Very harsh attitude of staff. Plz don't come to this non sense place rather place a mate on the footpath and sleep there
