My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately far from ideal. The presence of a large number of school students on all floors turned the hotel into a chaotic and noisy environment, resembling more of a schoolyard than a peaceful retreat. It was challenging to find comfort amidst the constant commotion, both inside and outside the premises.
While the location was excellent, the hotel's narrow and unconventional entrance from the back side was quite off-putting. The overall facilities were acceptable, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, the overwhelming noise and uncomfortable situations caused by the school students prompted me to seek alternative accommodations and check out early, just after one night.
In light of these circumstances, I am left with no choice but to give this hotel a two-star rating. I believe it is crucial for the management to exercise more discretion in accepting large groups, prioritizing the comfort and tranquility of all guests.
