Cwtch is a newly opened fine dining restaurant in Jeddah. The new eatery, pronounced "kutch", is a Welsh term symbolizing a warm embrace or a hug. Cwtch is not just a restaurant but a journey into the bold and authentic flavors of Europe. Their exquisite menu features flavors from all around Europe. Perfect for your next breakfast, lunch or dinner. They have crafted a selection of premium items made with the best ingredients. 

From freshly baked artisan pastries, artisan breads and exquisite pâtisseries to snackables, sandwiches and coffee beverages - enjoy the full array of flavors in their restaurant. Today I visited Coach, the Arab Mall branch. As soon as I entered, I saw the employee. I told her that I am going to order online to get the 10% discount, but I want to choose and see the style. In fact, unfortunately, I was subjected to very bad treatment from an employee, and she told me that it is forbidden for me to hold the bag in my hand because I have long nails and the bags are natural leather. It is as if for the first time I own a natural leather bag and she is supposed to open it and show me while it is in her hand. This means it is illogical. I can buy and see at home and return it or exchange it and I cannot touch the bags on display!!! I entered the showrooms of the highest rated Coach brand and was not subjected to such a bad attitude and treatment, knowing that my nails are not long at all and I have simple nails that are not at the level of the skin.

The service is very bad and unprofessional. I came to change my bag. It took me more than 10 minutes to talk to her. What's wrong? Why is the delay? They don't answer me. Not even a word of sorry for the delay. I stand in front of them as if they were idols.
